Founded in 2020, Dry & Raw is a Lebanese artisanal food house crafting over 300 specialties — from aged cheeses and charcuterie to condiments, Mouneh and fermented drinks. All our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients sourced from local farmers. Inspired by international food trends, we bring a contemporary touch to Lebanon’s rich culinary heritage.

2019

A Lifestyle Born from Passion

Founded by brothers Nabil and Dany Khoury, Dry & Raw reflects a life devoted to nature, craftsmanship, and authenticity. Originally from Gebrayel-Akkar, they turned their passion for Lebanese heritage, sustainability, and innovation into a vision: sharing premium, natural, and organic foods with local and international audiences.

2020

A laboratory for Creativity

On February 16, 2020, Dry & Raw opened its first boutique in Horsh Tabet, Sin el-Fil. This space became the incubator for hundreds of products — from cheeses and Lebanese Mouneh to jams, condiments, sourdough breads, and oils — forming the foundation of the 600+ items we craft today.

2023

Growth and Expansion

In summer 2023, new investors joined, supporting a major expansion:
October 2023: Relocated our boutique and showroom to Antelias for a full customer experience.
October 5, 2023: Opened a 220 sqm central kitchen in Al-Aaddousieh, dedicated to non-dairy products.
June 13, 2024: Launched our 500 sqm cheese factory with aging rooms, producing cow, and free-range goat, and sheep milk cheeses at the highest artisanal standards.

Our products are now available in over 35 points of sale and upscale markets across Lebanon, and we supply more than 23 restaurants and hotels in Greater Beirut, Matn, Zahle, and the North Lebanon. With branch at Bana Café in Hamra, and a new location soon opening in Zgharta, Dry & Raw continues to expand, sharing premium Lebanese flavors with more people than ever.
